Adam Waxman is a contributing writer, and director of sales and marketing for DINE magazine. His food and wine writing has taken him from the back roads of Ontario to destinations around the globe. Adam is also an actor, and has appeared on stages from New York to Stratford, and on film and TV in Toronto. Having lived in Kyoto and in Tokyo, Adam is passionate about sharing his travel experiences to Japan. His most recent journey to Kyoto and Wakayama prefectures is featured in the September 2011 issue of DINE magazine.
