Adam Waxman is a contributing writer, and director of sales and marketing for DINE magazine. His food and wine writing has taken him from the back roads of Ontario to destinations around the globe. Adam is also an actor, and has appeared on stages from New York to Stratford, and on film and TV in Toronto. Having lived in Kyoto and in Tokyo, Adam is passionate about sharing his travel experiences to Japan.
